The workshop in Byrdcliffe's lovely Kleinert/James Center for the Arts gallery will use deep centering meditations and guided visualizations–moving from and within a stillness that is anything but stagnant. When you are still, how is your desire to move generating expression? When you are moving radically, how do you maintain a stillness of intention? Using ambient noise and composed sound as landscape and inspiration, students will learn to maximize the power of their alignment, subtlety, and directed energy to command space.
$20, or $18 if you sign up for three or more workshops.
