Say 'yes', see your mind in your movement, connect with others, and invent your own technique in the Hudson Valley's loveliest dance studio.

In this 5-week class we'll begin each session with guided improvisation scores/images to work from, and evolve as a group into personal investigations of group and solo improvisation. Focus is on developing movement language that is rigorous in both its physicality and its ability to reveal. We'll work with breath and momentum, detail and effort, holding and release, restraint and expression - and whatever else emerges from the group! All movement backgrounds honored, no experience necessary. The classes will progress cumulatively, but you can still drop in. $15.00 per class.
